Steve serves as project manager for both traditional and captive insurance companies,
including enterprise risk captives.

He regularly performs loss reserve and funding analyses, as well as loss cost
projections. He is a primary contributor to research projects involving risk retention
groups. He has worked extensively with feasibility studies for group captive insurers.

Steve also assists with the preparation of statements of actuarial opinion, actuarial
opinion summaries and actuarial reports. In addition, he produces estimates of unpaid
claim liabilities and funding analyses for entities with self-insured exposure to loss.
